Mr. Sitaram Banda, is a Master of Science (US) in Industrial Engineering. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Alchem. He has rich lean management experience of over six years from various Cummins US facilities (a global fortune 500 company manufacturing Engines and Generators) working in the capacity of Lean Manufacturing Specialist. Mr. Banda has a knack of identifying business opportunities and converting leads to business. Following moving back to India in the year 2010, he has been engaged in marketing a number of industrial products of reputed manufacturers pan India.
Mr. B.V. Ramana Rao (BE, Bsc in Electrical Engineering), offers services as Senior Advisor, Business Development. Having founded Alchem in the year 1980, he is a seasoned and reputed technocrat with over 40 years of experience dealing in marketing and promoting variety of Industrial Products. He enjoys the credit of being the first to introduce ultra high heat resistant refractory bricks, imported from China, to Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. Prior to founding Alchem, he worked for Nelco (a TATA Enterprise) as Sales Engineer for 7 years.
Mr. Raghu Sreepathi, BE in Mechanical Engineering with special expertise in sourcing Mining Industry products - serves Alchem in the capacity of Business Development and Commercial Advisor. Besides mentoring Alchem, Raghu is a distributor of variety of Machine Tools and Mining Equipment - the company he founded and been running for over 30 years.
Mr. Karnam Narayan, BE (Hons) from REC Trichy, Technical and Strategy Development Advisor. Has over 35 years of ‘hands-on’ experience with Siemens PLC and SCADA besides other instrumentation and microprocessors. An expert in Industrial Automation indigenized several PLC based electronic control systems for number of clients across India and abroad. Worked for Ministry of Defence (Trichy) as Work Manager in FMS and ASACO as VP- Projects before starting his own company – Ujwala Automation Pvt. Ltd with a vision to help clients in the Steel, Oil & Gas, Power, Paper, Cement and Defence sectors modernize their sophisticated plant and machinery.
